Tratti di strada statale intervallati da pezzi di pista mal segnalata...bisogna andare ad intuito
 Disappointing experience .. done all the way around the lake .... calling it a cycle path is a lot.
Sections of state road interspersed with pieces of badly marked track ... you have to go by intuition

Ragazzo gentilissimo, servizio impeccabile e veloce. Nonostante il nostro ritardo nel riconsegnare le bici ci hanno aspettato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che ottimo e qualità delle bici eccellente.
The only e-bike rental company open and available even at lunchtime. Not having enough bikes for the group, he immediately remedied others. Very kind boy, impeccable and fast service. Despite our delay in returning the bikes they waited for us. Value for money more than excellent and quality of the bikes excellent.

Con l'affitto della bici è compreso il kit riparazione, caschetto, lucchetto e mappa della ciclabile! Il proprietario molto disponibile e simpatico! Da fare!!
Beautiful experience! Walked around the lake in half a day. Bike path with unique views of the lake between nature and villages! Excellent value for money! The rental of the bike includes the repair kit, helmet, lock and cycle map! The owner very helpful and nice! To do!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietari gentili, pratici e competenti: sapranno consigliarvi la gita più adatta per le vostre esigenze. Bici elettriche, mountain bike e da città. Incluso nel prezzo una mappa dei percorsi ciclabili.
Opinione personale sul giro del lago: 60 km, non tutti panoramici. Lunghi tratti sulla statale o su sterrato poco agibile. La parte più bella è da San Feliciano a Tuoro (circa 20 km).
Friendly, practical and competent owners: they will be able to advise you on the most suitable trip for your needs. Electric bikes, mountain bikes and city bikes. A map of cycle routes is included in the price.
Personal opinion on the tour of the lake: 60 km, not all panoramic. Long stretches on the state road or on a dirt road that is not very accessible. The most beautiful part is from San Feliciano to Tuoro (about 20 km).

Occhio che il posto è un pochino nascosto dietro un cancello di una casa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfetto punto di partenza per esplorare in bici il lago piu' antico d'Italia attorno al suo anello ciclabile. Percorso adatto a tutti, dai ciclisti piu' scaltri ai neofiti, ma anche ai pedalatori arrancanti.
City Bikes, MTB ed E-Bike formano il suo carnet di offerta di noleggio per grandi e piccini. I piu' gagliardi (e gli elettrodotati) si portanno cimentare col tour completo di circa 64Km. Ma gia' nei paraggi in direzione Castiglione del Lago si potranno fare visite all'area palustre protetta dell'Oasi la Valle e al Bosco Igrofilo, per poi ristorarsi in una delle tante aree pic-nic poste sul suo percorso.
Fabio sapra' di certo indicarvi la bicicletta piu' adatta al vostro temperamento! Consigliatissimo.
Perfect starting point for exploring the oldest lake in Italy by bike around its cycle ring. Path suitable for everyone, from the most crafty cyclists to newbies, but also to plodding cyclists.
City Bikes, MTB and E-Bikes form its rental offer booklet for young and old. The most vigorous (and the electrodes) will try their hand at the complete tour of about 64Km. But already in the vicinity in the direction of Castiglione del Lago you can visit the protected marsh area of the Oasi la Valle and the Bosco Igrofilo, and then refresh yourself in one of the many picnic areas along its path.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a reservation for two e-MTB's. When we came to pickup the bikes, we could only get one e-MTB and one city bike (even though other customers who came after us did get e-MTB bikes). We also had to pay 35 euro's per day (per bike) for the city bikes even though those where listed for 30 euro on the website. Then the bikes; many small things where not working properly, the saddle was loose, the steering wheel was a little loose, the brakes where poor (poorly adjusted perhaps), the bike made some rattling noised (probably caused by the fender), tires where not in the best shape and so on. But probably even worse and for people who never driven an e-bike just dangerous was the electric drive. I've driven various e-bikes, but this one was really the worst. When you start pedeling from a slow speed the bike will immediately go full power for something like 3 seconds. It would stop when you hit the brakes, but still this is just dangerous. Furthermore, the power setting is actually some kind of speed control, for example level 3 is around 19 km/h. But since there was a difference between those speed control setpoints on our two bikes if was very hard to bike together. (For example one bike did 18.5km/h and the other 19.0 km/h when using the level three setting and the bike would just push hard to get to it's setpoint). All in all just a pretty bad experience, old or cheap not so we'll maintained e-bikes for a high price. I would not recommend renting a bike at this place.
