★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rientrato in Italia in pieno lockdown dall'Estero, mi imbatto con la mia Gravel casualmente da Matè e incontro per la prima volta Mario, il quale, sommerso di lavoro, capisce la mia difficoltà, molla tutto e ripara la mia "bici da sentiero" con sorriso e passione unica.
Da quel momento, deciderò di diventare cliente, non di un negozio, ma di una famiglia che ti accoglie, ti aiuta, ti accompagna e ti regala giornate che vanno ben oltre la bicicletta. Sergio e Mario persone speciali.
Back in Italy in full lockdown from abroad, I accidentally run into my Gravel at Matè's and meet Mario for the first time, who, overwhelmed with work, understands my difficulty, gives up everything and repairs my "trail bike" with smile and unique passion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei professionisti! Ho preso la bici l'anno scorso e oltre all'estrema gentilezza ho notato la professionalità. Hanno saputo consigliarmi e farmi provare la bici (che non è da tutti). Nella fase due del covid quando altri nemmeno rispondevano al telefono (per il marasma bonus), mi hanno risolto un problema in pochissimo tempo e sempre con gentilezza, permettondomi così di tornare al lavoro in sella alla mia bici. È in posti come questi che capisci la differenza tra un negozio e internet. Io lo consiglio vivamente!
Professionals! I took the bike last year and in addition to the extreme kindness I noticed the professionalism. They were able to advise me and make me try the bike (which is not for everyone). In phase two of the covid when others didn't even answer the phone (for the bonus chaos), they solved a problem in a very short time and always with kindness, allowing me to return to work on my bike. It is in places like these that you understand the difference between a shop and the internet. I highly recommend it!
