 At the end of the journey they do not even provide the tax receipt and you cannot pay except in cash. Try the other shuttle companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante i numerosi avvisi, nei giorni prima, e nei minuti prima di volare l'autista non si presenta in orario una volta atterrati.
UN'ORA E TRENTA di ritardo e mille chiamate effettuate per capire dove se mi avrebbero mandato un altro passaggio.
Ho rischiato di perdere l'aliscafo.
Il costo in confronto alle altre navette è accettabile ma a questo punto CONVIENE IL PULLMAN CHE COSTA 5 VOLTE MENO E CI METTE LO STESSO TEMPO.
Ma almeno è puntuale.

Despite the numerous warnings, in the days before, and in the minutes before flying, the driver does not show up on time once landed.
AN HOUR AND THIRTY late and a thousand calls made to understand where if they would send me another lift.
I risked losing the hydrofoil.
The cost in comparison to the other shuttles is acceptable but at this point IT IS CONVENIENT THE BUS WHICH COST 5 TIMES LESS AND TAKES THE SAME TIME.
But at least it's on time.

Great punctuality when picking up on April 18th, 2022 from Trapani Birgi Airport to Porto Trapani, as well as the return trip on April 25th, 2022. Both drivers were very nice and everything was easy to book online. Great?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a transfer from Trapani port to Palermo airport over one week in advance via email, and also texted them the day before to reconfirm again.
Upon arrival to the port there was nobody there to meet us, we called several times and they just said they’re delayed due to traffic. Each time we called they said the taxi is just around the corner - very unprofessional. To stand in the heat for 45mins risking missing our flight became to much for me as I’m pregnant and we had to find another taxi. Luckily we made the flight just in time but I will never forget this ordeal they put us through!
