Nei giorni prima del Natale, mia moglie compró 2 giochi per mia figlia e la nipote, non avendo abbastanza contante con sè, diede un acconto, passai io il giorno dopo per saldare e ritirare. Ebbene nelle 24 h cambiarono il prezzo del giocattolo, in eccesso ovviamente, e mi fecero pagare l'importo maggiorato, a poco servì ripetere alla proprietaria del negozio che non era quello il prezzo iniziale. 20 euro è la modesta somma che mi hanno fatto pagare più di quanto avrei dovuto. Non mi rivedranno piu, tra l'altro a pochi metri ha aperto Big Toys, molto piu forniti, cordiali...e onesti! I was a regular customer until last year due to proximity issues. In the days before Christmas, my wife bought 2 games for my daughter and her niece, not having enough cash with her, she gave a deposit, I spent the next day to pay and collect. Well in the 24 h they changed the price of the toy, in excess of course, and they made me pay the increased amount, it little served to repeat to the owner of the shop that this was not the initial price. 20 euros is the modest sum that made me pay more than I should have. They will never see me again, among other things, just a few meters away, Big Toys opened, much more supplied, friendly ... and honest!

Il personale è gentile e disponibile sia nel dare consigli negli acquisti che nell' aiutare la clientela nella ricerca del prodotto desiderato. Unica pecca è la mancanza di una sezione di giochi da tavolo necessaria a soddisfare le esigenze di una clientela adulta. Toy store well stocked and well organized in the arrangement of the goods. The staff is polite and helpful both in giving advice on purchases and in helping customers find the desired product. The only flaw is the lack of a section of board games necessary to meet the needs of an adult clientele.

La sede di San Prisco mi è sembrata la più piccola, ma alla fine è lì che ho trovato ciò che cercavo dopo una collaborazione tra le sedi tramite una commessa che si è messa pazientemente a disposizione. In all three locations in the Caserta area where I have been (via caduti sul lavoro, highway exit Caserta Nord and San Prisco) always courteous and helpful staff with a wide assortment and competitive prices ...
