Fairly stocked shop but with little staff. Really high prices! They mock with Machiavellian promotions. The only merit is the library department.

Ho acquistato 200 proiettili per pistola giocattolo, non originali, sulla cui confezione è descritta una “compatibilità”, con il tipo originale, purtroppo poi non confermata... . a 24 h dall’acquisto torno con grande cortesia al negozio, chiedendo di poter cambiare l’acquisto con il tipo originale, purtroppo però non avendo più lo scontrino, mi è stato detto che non era possibile farlo. Senza battere ciglio e ringraziando sono uscito con 200 proiettili inutili ma con la certezza che non sarei MAI più entrato in questo negozio, nel quale con cortesia... negano di poter esercitare il diritto di recesso, sfruttando l’alibi dello scontrino, che rappresenta solo un documento fiscale e non la prova d’acquisto facilmente desumibile mediante lettura del codice a barre presente in ogni articolo passato dalle casse! I bought 200 bullets for toy pistols, not original, on the packaging of which a "compatibility" is described, with the original type, unfortunately not confirmed .... 24 hours after the purchase, I return with great courtesy to the shop, asking to be able to change the purchase with the original type, unfortunately, however, no longer having the receipt, I was told that it was not possible to do so. Without batting an eye and thanking, I went out with 200 useless bullets but with the certainty that I would NEVER enter this shop again, in which they politely ... deny that they can exercise the right of withdrawal, using the alibi of the receipt, which represents only a fiscal document and not the proof of purchase which can be easily deduced by reading the bar code present in each item passed through the checkout!

Molta scelta ed un reparto dedicato ai libri molto vasto e con scelte interessanti Prices a bit high during Christmas but really nice staff. Ieri dovevo pagare 107 euro togliendo I 2 buoni da 10.....dato che i buoni partivano da oggi....sono andato stamattina e prendendo gli stessi giocattoli dovevo spendere 137 togliendo sempre I unni da 10. Ho lasciato tutto e ho speso i mie soldi in Ltro negozio. Presa in giro grandissima. Occhio ha chi ha i buoni da 10. Non fatevi prendere 8n giro. Scam of 10 euro vouchers for every 60 spent. Open your eyes from yesterday 5 December to today 6 December the prices of toys have increased. Yesterday I had to pay 107 euros by removing the 2 vouchers of 10 ..... since the vouchers were starting from today .... I went this morning and taking the same toys I had to spend 137 by always removing the 10 huns. spent my money in Ltro shop. Great mockery. Eye has who has the coupons of 10. Don't be fooled 8n around.
