Ringrazio lui e tutto il personale medico per aver dato sostegno a me e alla mia famiglia in un momento così straziante, quale quello dell'addio alla mia cagnolina. Proprio perché nutro grande stima e riconoscenza per tutto il supporto dato a me ed alla mia cagnolina, da parte di un equipe di professionisti, mi sento in dovere di dissociarmi nei ringraziamenti nei confronti di un membro isolato che manca nettamente di delicatezza. L'episodio che si è verificato ieri in un momento così doloroso è stato molto spiacevole. Mentre stavo dando l'ultimo addio nel box alla mia cagnolina, prima dell'eutanasia, la povera cagnolina dalla felicità stava per buttarsi nelle mie braccia, dopo giorni che non mi vedeva, credendo che l'avremmo riportata a casa. Sono morta dentro due volte nel sentirmi dire da questo signore "Signorina, se cade a terra lo prende lei". Ho detto tutto. La invito vivamente ad avere la stessa umanità dei suoi colleghi, più gentilezza, dolcezza, in momenti così dilanianti, quale quello dell'addio al proprio cane. The episode that occurred yesterday at such a painful moment was very unpleasant. While I was saying goodbye to my little dog in the playpen, before euthanasia, the poor little dog of happiness was about to throw herself into my arms, after days of not seeing me, believing that we would bring her home. I died inside twice in being told by this gentleman "Miss, if it falls to the ground you take it." I said everything. I warmly invite you to have the same humanity as your colleagues, more kindness, gentleness, in such tearing moments, such as that of saying goodbye to your dog.

Se non esistesse questo Centro bisognerebbe inventarlo proprio così per come è. Un ringraziamento a tutti, ad iniziare da chi ci accoglie in sala d'aspetto con gli animali e a finire a chi si dedica alle pulizie. Non si capisce bene chi sia il responsabile della struttura, dato che sembra che sia gestita da dei operatori diversi...ma questo è solo un particolare. Siamo rimasti delusi dal prezzo pagato per n.2 lastre del nostro piccolo fido. I punti essenziali del nostro racconto sono e le nostre impressioni personali sono della serie: qui facciamo questo a questi prezzi PUNTO!. Infatti, nella fattispecie delle lastre, prima di farle ci è stato detto: ne faremo UNA, ma se viene male e ne occorre fare una seconda la faremo pure, ovviamente costo di una lastra per due!...prezzi ALTI a prescindere, l'epilogo che non abbiamo digerito è stato: Ne abbiamo fatte due...anzi tre ma la terza essendo venuta male non la pagate! Che dire lasciamo ai navigatori le impressioni. Infine una stella anche perchè il personale è svariato e per fare qualsiasi cosa più particolare occorre prenotare la visita specialistica...mentre ovviamente la visita generale comunque la paghi....per i prezzi che si pagano ci aspettavamo il personale sempre presente. Infatti nel nostro caso, da altra struttura visita specialistica costata molto meno e fatta subito; sottolineando che la visita specialistica (es. ortopetica) include già di per se una visita generale. P.s. in altre cliniche il caffè lo offrono...qui c'è il distributore!....ma questi sono dettagli. The structure is quite sparse and has brought us into confusion as soon as we entered. Non c’era molto da fare, la situazione era critica a causa di una terribile gastroenterite che ci ha stravolto la vita e che ci stava portando via il nostro cucciolo di soli due mesi. Da allora sia per Aron che per Mya sono il nostro punto di riferimento. Ringrazio il dottor Minafò è tutto lo staff medico per la professionalità e la disponibilità . Dopo avere atteso il nostro turno, abbiamo assistito a diversi tentativi, tutti falliti di fare il prelievo del sangue. Finalmente, dopo buchi in ogni dove, sono riusciti. Abbiamo atteso le analisi e poi il salatissimo conto. Ci è stata proposta l'ospedalizzazione dell'animale. Devo dire che ho avuto la sensazione di essere stato trattato da semplice Bancomat. Su indicazioni del nostro veterinario, lo abbiamo subito portato alla clinica veterinaria San Francesco a Messina, ove abbiamo incontrato persone fantastiche, competenti e molto umane. Dopo una serie di scrupolose analisi, ci è stata data la sentenza: Dylan soffriva di una neoplasia al cuore, un tumore posto sull’orecchietta destra con problemi di tamponamento cardiaco. Abbiamo riposto in loro tutte le nostre, davvero poche, speranze e, dopo due giorni il dott. Sinacori ha operato il nostro cucciolone. Un intervento difficile e complesso, che pochi sono in grado di affrontare. Ma il dott. Sinacori e la sua splendida equipe, con grande competenza e professionalità, è riuscito nell’impresa! Dopo sole, incredibili, 48 ore Dylan è potuto tornare a casa, recuperando in breve tempo le sue energie! Grazie di cuore a questi angeli che non hanno mai lesinato un sorriso e una parola d’incoraggiamento, che si sono spesi con il cuore e le loro competenze per strappare ad un triste destino il nostro amato Dylan!
