★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma scusate c è una via di fuga in questo percorso obbligato..... strettissimo e poi la merce in mezzo la corsia.... secondo me è peggiorato.
But sorry there is an escape route in this obligatory path ..... very narrow and then the goods in the middle of the aisle .... in my opinion it has gotten worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAI PIÙ!!! Metto una stella ed è pure troppo... Dovevo effettuare un semplice cambio taglia, si una t-shirt ricevuta in regalo dalla mia bimba...sono entrata in un tunnel senza uscita: 45 MINUTI!!!! Ho dovuto fare una prima coda al box informazioni, naturalmente, e fin qui tutto normale, ma il cambio taglia, ripeto cambio taglia dello stesso articolo, prevede che venga effettuato il reso, emesso un buono, che deve essere firmato in triplice copia (manco in banca) fotocopiato e registrato...e partono i primi 20 minuti, poi con questo buono si entra da soli in negozio, si cerca l'articolo, si fa il giro di TUTTO il negozio per raggiungere le casse e si fa altra mezz'ora di coda alla cassa per pagare come fosse un nuovo acquisto!!! Personalmente non ci ero mai entrata e mai ci entrerò, ma a maggior ragione non comprerò nemmeno regali, perché se chi riceve dovesse trovarsi nell'esigenza di cambiare, sarebbe messo "in croce" a perdere un'ora di tempo, per un'operazione che in qualsiasi altro negozio si effettuerebbe in 5minuti. E sulla (s)cortesia e "finezza" degli operatori non mi pronuncio

NEVER AGAIN!!! I put a star and it's too much ... I had to make a simple size change, yes a t-shirt received as a gift from my child ... I entered a dead end tunnel: 45 MINUTES !!!! I had to make a first queue at the information box, of course, and so far everything is normal, but the size change, I repeat the size change of the same item, requires the return to be made, a voucher issued, which must be signed in triplicate (not even in the bank) photocopied and registered ... and the first 20 minutes leave, then with this voucher you enter the shop by yourself, look for the item, go around the ENTIRE shop to reach the cash desks and take another half time to queue at the cashier to pay as if it were a new purchase !!! Personally I had never entered it and never will enter it, but a fortiori I will not even buy gifts, because if the recipient were to find himself in the need to change, he would be put "on the cross" to waste an hour of time, for an operation which in any other shop would be done in 5 minutes. And on the (s) courtesy and "finesse" of the operators I do not pronounce myself
