★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza che si ripete ogni volta che vado a fare lì i miei acquisti di cancelleria e/o altro... è vero che qui si trova di tutto ed a prezzi competitivi, ma non c'è stata una sola volta in cui (io o chi conosco), sia stato trattato decentemente bene... Non capisco perché il personale sia sempre nervoso nel rispondere sgarbatamente alle più banali domande dei clienti! Un consiglio molto modesto? La qualità c'è, se si aggiunge la cortesia la strada è in discesa...

I don't understand why the staff is always nervous about answering rudely to the most trivial customer questions! A very modest piece of advice? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, comprato un gioco chiedo confezione regalo, me la fanno pagare e confezionano il gioco tappezzandolo con delle strisce di carta, chiedo se possono rifare la confezione mettendo figli interi e non tappezzandolo borbottono un po', compro la carta x confezionarlo io a casa e gli chiedo l'etichetta mi rispondono che non possono darla. Mi spiace che avevo già pagato avrei lasciato il tutto dopo aver speso bei soldini. Non succederà più.
