M	Matte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo già dato una recensione negativa da una stella perchè dopo molti solleciti in 3 settimane non sono stati in grado di mandarmi un preventivo per 2 veicoli. Dopo aver evidentemente letto la recensione come per miracolo il preventivo è arrivato dicendo che avevano mail sbagliate. Comunque hanno inviato preventivo per un solo veicolo, di cilindrata sbagliata rispetto alle richieste e la valutazione dei miei usati è stata veramente ridicola, direi offensiva. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE I had already given a negative one star review because after many reminders in 3 weeks they were unable to send me a quote for 2 vehicles. After reading the review, as if by a miracle, the quote came saying that they had wrong emails. However, they sent a quote for only one vehicle, with the wrong displacement compared to the requests and the evaluation of my used cars was really ridiculous, I would say offensive. ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID

Ha risposto a tutte le nostre mille mila domande e ci ha fatto fare anche un test drive al volo. Ottimo lavoro. Stiamo seriamente pensando di concludere l'acquisto! Bravi! Ricevi un'offerta SOLTANTO dopo averla sollecitata, nuovamente e per telefono. Valuti la proposta dal venerdi al lunedi mattina. Chiedi un appuntamento per il martedi.... Forse è presunzione (proprio in momenti di difficoltà economica come oggi) aspettarsi che un appuntamento per finalizzare l'acquisto di una vettura, confermato, NON si concluda con un SERENO, MENEFREGHISTICO e INACCETTABILE: la macchina che ti interessa NON C'È PIÙ...! Ma la cosa che più mi sgomenta è la risposta alla mia LECITA domanda: Per quale motivo mi ha fatto venire all'appuntamento? Risposta: Ma io non lo sapevo che l'avevano venduta... Comincio a credere di appartenere ad un pianeta diverso da questo! Ah...per inciso, forse cosciente di non aver fatto una bella figura, non è seguita nemmeno una proposta alternativa... Una stella?
