★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamani mi sono presentata per prelevare alla Cassa alle 8.45.... e lo sportello era chiuso fino alle 9.30 perché l'operatore era malato e nessuno poteva sostituirlo.
Non credo neppure che una banca possa mancare un servizio del genere .
This morning I presented myself to pick up at the Cashier at 8.45am ... and the door was closed until 9.30am because the operator was sick and nobody could replace him.
Nor do I believe that a bank could lack such a service.
