★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato 08.05.2021 , deciso all'acquisto di un autovettura , entravo nel bonera storie di costa Volpino , chiedendo specificamente di poter vedere il modello al fine dell'acquisto . Un signore di mezza età mi accoglieva senza nessun entusiasmo . Mi comunicava che eventualmente era disponibile un esemplare , ma non era neppure in grado di fornirmi nessuna immagine e nessuna caratteristica , l'unica cosa che sapeva era il prezzo . Voto personale per l'entusiasmo è zero , voto per la professionalità -2 , voto per la voglia di accogliere le persone -8 . Complimenti sicuramente comprerò Mercedes ma non con questi venditori e non con queste modalità .
On Saturday 08.05.2021, having decided to buy a car, I entered the Bonera Stories of Costa Volpino, asking specifically to be able to see the model in order to purchase it. A middle-aged gentleman welcomed me without any enthusiasm. He told me that a copy was eventually available, but he wasn't even able to provide me with any images or features, the only thing he knew was the price. Personal vote for enthusiasm is zero, vote for professionalism -2, vote for the desire to welcome people -8. Congratulations, I will definitely buy Mercedes but not with these sellers and not in these ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato in filiale per sapere la valutazione della mia macchina mi ha colto un signore su di età, sembrava molto gentile e invece è l’inverso a iniziato a alzare la voce dopo che gli avevo detto il prezzo che avevo in testa ha iniziato a dire parolacce molto maleducato non andrò più in quella concessionaria sono molto deluso con i clienti non ci si comporta così !!!!!!!
