Anche con i continui cambiamenti dovuti alla pandemia da covid19 hanno sempre tenuto botta, effettuando i servizi necessari a portare a scuola i nostri figli ! Bravissimi !!!!!! Maleducazione e mancanza di rispetto verso chiunque? Chiamare per avere un chiarimento su un servizio (che pago!!!) ed oltre a non sentire risposta, riagganciano pure il telefono, dopo aver offeso pesantemente! Pessime persone! Eravamo a 3 metri dalla porta e lui a iniziato ad urlare che si poteva entrare solo uno alla volta chiedendoci se non avevamo visto il foglio appeso alla porta. Sicuramente una volta vicina serei riuscita a leggere...Cercando di fargli recuperare al figuraccia appena fatta gli ho sorriso ed ho detto buongiorno ma non ha nemmeno risposto. La signora che era presente con me gli ha domandato un paio di cose per allentare la tensione e l'imbarazzo e lui ha risposto in malo modo con un'arroganza stratosferica con un tono di voce alto. Naturalmente al " grazie e buona giornata " non ha risposto e se ne andato verso il cancello d'uscita. Per fortuna ho risolto con un'altra compagnia perché non avevo voglia di ingrassare il portafogli di un tizio del genere, anche dato che il servizio offerto non vale il costo. Il signore dovrebbe godersi la pensione in un posto esotico... il detto " i soldi non ti fanno signore" questa volta casca a pennello The owner's rudeness is hallucinating. Cortesia e disponibilità dal personale sia sugli autobus che negli uffici. Anche nel periodo della pandemia hanno inserito le corse necessarie a potenziare il servizio di trasporto offerto. È assurdo ma sugli orari (sia sul loro sito che su quello di arriva) è riportato che le corse delle 14:15 e 15:15 da Castro per Schilpario partano all’orario indicato in precedenza ma stando all’azienda la corsa delle 14:15 parte alle 14:10 mentre quella delle 15:15 venerdì 10 ha lasciato Castro alle 15:08, se poi si aggiunge che nei festivi non mi risulta ci sia servizio. È un peccato perché i mezzi sono molto belli But at least you know what time the buses to Schilpario pass? Il servizio è molto buono essendo state inserite tutte le corse per portare gli studenti da casa a scuola e viceversa negli orari richiesti dall'emergenza sanitaria Covid-19.
