Avevo precisato di tenere particolarmente ai caschi e me ne hanno proposto di indecenti (cotti al sole, rovinati per graffi e cadute evidenti, visiere totalmente graffiate ed interni per nulla igienici dato l'uso ormai al limite). Insomma ho dovuto discutere per farmeli sostituire e sono stato 2 giorni senza poter utilizzare lo scooter. Infine mi ero accordato affinché venissero a ritirarlo e mi concedessero un minimo di flessibilità sull'orario di restituzione, invece ho dovuto riportarglielo personalmente prima ... insomma l'attenzione strappata al momento del saldo non ha ricompensato i disagi subiti. Purtroppp devo constatare che sono poco professionali e disorganizzati.
I rented a 150cc scooter from them. I had specified to keep particularly to the helmets and they offered me some indecent ones (cooked in the sun, ruined by evident scratches and falls, totally scratched visors and no hygienic interiors given the use now at the limit). In short, I had to discuss to have them replaced and I was 2 days without being able to use the scooter. Finally I had agreed that they would come to pick it up and give me a minimum of flexibility on the return time, instead I had to bring it back personally before ... in short, the attention drawn at the moment of the balance did not reward the inconvenience suffered. Unfortunately I have to note that they are unprofessional and disorganized.

Grande Mariella, molto professionale e di una simpatia e allegria contagiose. Torneremo, spero presto, nel vostro meraviglioso b&b Antico Canale .

Holiday I would say just perfect. Beautiful Castellammare, wonderful Antico Canale b & b, professional, helpful and more than nice owners, who are also owners of the TourShop agency that offers any service, from car rental to various excursions, to tickets for the islands.

Excellent service. Alessandro followed us in the rent of the apartment and despite an unforeseen event that occurred the evening before entering the house, he did his utmost to find an alternative solution that proved to be exceptional for a super holiday!
