ne riesci a comunicare con nessuno , per un paio di volte sono riuscito a parlare con il direttore commerciale ( a questo punto sospetto sia rimasto solo lui) e sembrava potessimo trovare una quadra per gestire la situazione ora sparito anche lui.
la colpa è mia per aver pagato a marzo merce che in parte ancora devo ricevere e che ho forti dubbi ricevero'

you can communicate with anyone, for a couple of times I was able to talk to the sales manager (at this point I suspect it was just him) and it seemed we could find a team to manage the situation now disappeared too.

Excellent for pruning, very handy but not all hardware stores have it and I find it difficult to find the spare saw!
