★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo trattamento: dovevo fare un massaggio, ma il lettino non si alzava per un problema tecnico, quindi non ho potuto farlo altrimenti l'estetista avrebbe sofferto alla schiena...avrei preferito essere avvisata prima.
Ho fatto solo una ceretta: l'estetista arrabbiata per problemi personali mi ha strappato i peli sfogando la sua rabbia e ha svolto metà trattamento al telefono, con la cornetta tra mani e mento,quindi in modo frettoloso e poco igienico.
Bad treatment: I had to have a massage, but the bed did not get up due to a technical problem, so I couldn't do it otherwise the beautician would have suffered in the back ... I would have preferred to be notified earlier.
I only did a waxing: the beautician angry for personal problems pulled my hair out, venting her anger and did half the treatment on the phone, with the handset between her hands and chin, therefore in a hasty and unhygienic way.
