Un merito particolare a Martina sempre aggiornata sulle ultime novità sia per quanto riguarda i macchinari che i prodotti che testa personalmente. Non ci sono offerte di pacchetti ma c'è la possibilità di acquistare card a scalare di importi prestabiliti con riconoscimento di importo aggiuntivo rispetto al nominale pagato. Well organized and neat organized beauty center. Super treatments with normal prices. Irene and Martina very competent and professional. A particular merit to Martina always updated on the latest news both as regards the machines that the products that test personally. There are no offers of packages but there is the possibility of acquiring cards to climb pre-established amounts with recognition of additional amount compared to the nominal amount paid.
d	durden tyler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando ho iniziato ad andarci, appena aveva aperto, non ho mai più cambiato perché la gentilezza, la professionalità e la preparazione trovate all'Essenziale erano sempre ad altissimo livello. Sono talmente brave che hanno risolto definitivamente il "problema" delle cerette e andavo molto raramente... Poi arriva il lockdown e il post lockdown, ci sono andata un paio di volte per piccole cose sempre soddisfattissima e poi arriva questo messaggio a conferma non solo della gentilezza, professionalità e preparazione ma anche dell'onestà che purtroppo sembra sempre più difficile da trovare. Non sono una cliente facile, chiamo sempre all'ultimo (per sbadatezza non per mancanza di rispetto) sono pignola, eppure qui mi sono sempre venute incontro, mi hanno sempre accontentato e trattato come una "cliente normale" (certe volte mi ci sarei mandata da sola, ma loro sempre impeccabili!!) Lo consiglio anche per regali ai vostri cari perché sono sicura che fareste un gran bel figurone (e fareste più belli e felici anche i vostri cari) PS NON sono imparentata con nessuna di loro, né ho avuto alcun bonus per questa recensione, è tutta meritata! Since I started going there, as soon as it opened, I have never changed because the kindness, professionalism and preparation found at the Essential were always at the highest level. They are so good that they have definitively solved the "problem" of waxing and I went very rarely ... Then comes the lockdown and the post lockdown, I went there a couple of times for small things always very satisfied and then comes this message to confirm not only of kindness, professionalism and preparation but also of honesty which unfortunately seems increasingly difficult to find. I am not an easy customer, I always call at the last (out of carelessness not out of disrespect) I am fussy, yet here they always came to meet me, they always satisfied me and treated me like a "normal customer" (sometimes I would have sent alone, but they are always impeccable !!) I also recommend it for gifts to your loved ones because I'm sure you would make a great impression (and make your loved ones more beautiful and happy too) PS I am NOT related to any of them, nor have I had any bonuses for this review, it's all deserved !
