V	Varinder Dhami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a mobile home on this beautiful site a few years ago. Wow! What a location! Beautiful Tuscany on your doorstep. Fabulous park, pool and restaurant. Right close to a lovely village and Pisa and Florence 30 mins and 50 min by train. The train station is a short drive away.
N	Narinder Dhami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, I should be upfront and let you know that my sister works for the company who own and run the park - it was her suggestion, knowing how much my husband and I love Italy, that we visit with a view to buying our own home here. And we did! We've owned our van for nearly three years now and have never regretted it (apart from not being able to visit as much as we'd like during the pandemic, obviously). Toscana Village's location is brilliant - it takes us just 25 minutes from Pisa airport by car, so we can be on our deck drinking wine within the hour! Florence and other major tourist cities can easily be reached by road or by train from San Romano station, which is just a short drive away. When we first started visiting Toscana Village in 2019, just after my sister's company had taken over, it did look a little run-down and in need of some TLC, but since then they've been upgrading and updating the whole place. We can't wait to come back.

Tucked into the Toscana hills, with super views, this is a gem - and that's in the Winter! In fact we enjoyed our stay so much we'll be there again in the Summer. The new shower etc block is excellent. Great place to use as a base for discovering the area. Charming villages nearby too!

The restaurant had a traditional Italian menu with good food and excellent service throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again.
V	Victor Tomescu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited in Aug 2021 with our caravan. The location is nicely placed in Toscana but the facilities are far away from an Italian camping. Toilets are old and not maintained, we had spiders in the shower cabin, the pitches do not have water and drainage and the grass is not cut, the place is full with mosquitos and the access with the car is very difficult because the road is not paved.

The site was extremely clean and tidy and safe to walk around. I was very impressed with the home I stayed in, again it was very clean! I will definitely be going back to stay in September, and be telling all my friends too. It is a perfect getaway! The whole weekend was absolutely unforgettable. Looking forward to the next stay. See you soon Toscana!!

Very annoying to say, but the sanitary facilities were indeed very dirty, in our opinion, they were not cleaned either. Lots of hair in the shower drains so that the water did not drain properly and full trash cans that were not emptied during our stay of 3 days. We are sure that a few years ago this was a super nice campsite, there is a lot of greenery. Peacefully quiet. We were kindly received. In the restaurant you can eat well and affordable. It is actually very dangerous around the pool. Loose and broken tiles, sharp edges. The water was clear the first day, then very cloudy. We indicated at checkout that we thought the sanitary facilities were old and dirty, they would start working on it in the autumn. We won't be coming back here until the plumbing and pool are updated. They mean well, but we feel like the budget isn't there to innovate.In terms of location, it is a good base for visiting Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Siena.
