We really needed someone to help us organize the whole event as we didn't really know Tuscany that well. With a bit of luck we found Birgit through the internet, around half a year befor the wedding and I had a good feeling with her and was certain that she would do a good job. This half year of planning has been very intensive collaboration, but we really enjoyed working with Birgit. The communication with her has been perfect for as, her answers has always been very fast within 24h or sooner and she made us great offers for partners and places regarding our visions. Thanks to her we found a wonderful location for our dream wedding and all our guests have been overwhelmed not only of the location, also of the whole event and organisation. On the day of our wedding it was raining all day long, but event then we were able to arrange small changes in the planning together with Birgit. She kept us clam and dealed with everything and everyone in a very professional way and we couldn't be more happy about how our wedding turned out in the end, it has just been the perfect and most beautiful day. As you say in Italy "sposa bagnata sposa fortunata", this really came true for as. She helped us to reschedule our wedding 3 time due to Covid and was always 100% committed to make the best out of the situation. She invested a tremendous amount of time to coordinate everything perfectly, was always available to us, highly responsive and never even asked for more fees. The 1-star comments are hard to believe and seem to be all from the same party… a bit sad. Hoeever, we for our part can only recommend Birgit as wedding planner and would decide for her again any time. Thank you Birgit for everyhing!

She has always manifested a professional and extremely capable attitude. She takes great pride in her attention to detail, in the well being of both her clients and her suppliers and is meticulous in the organization of the wedding. She has always been transparent and conscientious regarding costs when relating to both clients and suppliers and any illusions by previous reviews to unprofessional behavior I frankly find intollerable. I was astonished and shocked to read the reviews submitted by the wedding couple and their friends during the wedding held at San Lorenzo di Linari this summer. I was present at the wedding and can assure you that we all received compliments on behalf of the guests. How sad that this couple decided to spoil such a beautiful event.

With so much disapproval I am reading some fake reviews, I don't understand how you can write that the wedding on June 26th was a disaster. The wedding was perfect, organized down to the smallest detail. High quality food, very over the top service. Birgit is far too serious about her job and for this very reason she had an argument with people who didn't do her job right. The spouses know perfectly well that the fault was not Birgit's and they also know that their marriage was perfect (I have thanks from them) but they used this pretext only to hurt both emotionally and economically. I hope the reader to know how Birgit works does not dwell on those false reviews.
