★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most terrible products that I've ever bought! The product only looks great exteriorly but useless in functionality. The shoulder strap of my crossbody bag I bought broke within one month of light use! This occurred when I was walking in the middle of the street! No matter how many attempts I made of contacting Tosca Blu via it's phone and email shown on its official website, I have NOT receive any reply from its customer service. Hence, I conclude: DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IS ITALIAN QUALITY! Most items are "Italian by design" but are made elsewhere without high quality control. Waste of money that is sitting inside my closet.
