Insomma, le basi che spesso altri trascurano e che fanno la differenza. Io non riesco più a mangiarne altre... Consiglio la verace. Complimenti e continuate così! Very good! Finally a quality takeaway pizzeria: you can hear it in the sauce, in the mozzarella ... in the dough! In short, the bases that often others neglect and that make the difference. Favolosa la pizza parmigiana con le melanzane fritte. Impasto buonissimo, digeribile, che ti fa dormire di notte e non ti mette sete. Fiordilatte, e non mozzarella, di buona qualità. Salsa di pomodoro gustosa. Ingredienti tutti di buona qualità. Pizzaiolo e personale simpatico. Che dire di più? Tried both the normal dough and the one with sourdough. Both of excellent quality, although personally I always prefer the one with sourdough. The parmesan pizza with fried aubergines is fabulous. Delicious, digestible dough that makes you sleep at night and doesn't make you thirsty. Fiordilatte, and not mozzarella, of good quality. Tasty tomato sauce. All ingredients of good quality. Pizza chef and nice staff. What more can we say?
A	Andrea Maria Orbisor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robe da pazzi, tempo fa avevo esplicitamente chiesto di non mettere i funghi perché sono allergica,mi hanno richiamato per riconfermare e mi arriva a casa la pizza con i funghi,chiamo e faccio presente mi rimandano un'altra pizza dopo tanto tempo e sempre con i funghi. Sorvolo la cosa e dopo tanto tempo cambio pizza per non avere problemi. Ordino la pizza a domicilio,mi dicono che arriva in 30 minuti,dopo aver aspettato fuori 10 minuti di ritardo chiamo e mi dicono che la stanno mettendo in forno,faccio presente che non è bello fare aspettare la gente e che potrebbero rispettare i tempi che danno e mi attaccano il tel in faccia dicendomi di cambiare pizzeria. Per me e la pizzeria più scarsa,con la storia dei funghi potevano chiudere baracca se non guardavo attentamente . Crazy stuff, some time ago I had explicitly asked not to put mushrooms because I'm allergic, they called me back to reconfirm and I get home the pizza with mushrooms, I call and point out they send me another pizza after a long time and always with the mushrooms. I fly over it and after a long time I change pizza so as not to have any problems. I order pizza at home, they tell me it will arrive in 30 minutes, after waiting outside for 10 minutes late I call and they tell me that they are putting it in the oven, I point out that it is not nice to keep people waiting and that they could respect the times they give and attach the phone to my face telling me to change pizzeria. For me and the poorer pizzeria, with the history of mushrooms they could close the shack if I didn't look carefully.

Buono anche l'impasto Multicereale Good pizza, with different doughs, I recommend Neapolitan dough and their "specialty" pizza Verace. The Multicereal mixture is also good
