★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato! ho portato da loro la mia Aixam per tagliando e controllo perché faceva uno strano rumore. Me l'hanno restituita dicendo che tutto era a posto , era stata aggiustata e controllata. Ho pagato, preso la macchinetta e..rumore come prima. Sono andata a Prato dove mi hanno risolto il problema facendo alcuni lavori gratuitamente perché la macchina é in garanzia. Andrò sempre a Prato d'ora in avanti.
Pity! I brought my Aixam to them for a service and check because it made a strange noise. They returned it to me saying that everything was fine, it had been fixed and checked. I paid, took the machine and ... noise like before. I went to Prato where they solved my problem by doing some work for free because the machine is under warranty. I will always go to Prato from now on.
