Questi signori hanno fornito informazioni false a mia madre sul fatto che si possa spedire carne e latticini in Canada . Poi quando mia madre e' andata a spedire il pacco con la lista gia pronta in euro e dollari Canadesi le hanno detto che ci pensavano loro. Sono riusciti a trasformare i 70 euro di valore del contenuto del pacco in 176 euro (come abbiano fatto a miscalcolare cosi tanto non si sa'!!). Quando mia madre e' andata a parlarci per via del casino che hanno combinato hanno avuto il coraggio di mentirle dicendo che l'errore era per parte causa sua perche' aveva dato il valore che aveva pagato (che era scontato) e doveva dargli quello prima dello sconto. Hanno anche detto che era colpa della dogana Canadese quando la dogana Canadese semplicemente traduce il valore da euro a dollari canadesi (con la valuta del giorno). In tanti anni che ho spedito in UK e in Canada non ho mia visto nessuno comportarsi in maniera cosi' scorretta con un cliente, palesemente mentendo, trallaltro senza offrire nessun tipo di compensazione per il danno causato.
