★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho mangiato bene una sera dell'anno scorso. una cena conviviale in compagnia di sconosciuti subito amici, accomunati dalla buona tavola. Quella sera non c'erano i pesci appena pescati dal cuoco sub. Abbiamo mangiato però spaghetti alle vongole e tranci di spatola molto delicati, innaffiati dall'ottimo grillo dei gorghi tondi.
Voglio aggiungere che Torretta granitola, frazione di Campobello di Mazara con Trefontane, splendida spiaggia sabbiosa, sono situate tra Selinunte e Mazara sul mare. Torretta, borgo marinaro con la tonnara, ora sede del CNR per ricerche oceanografiche e salute del mare, d’estate è popolata di turisti.
I had a good meal one evening last year. a convivial dinner in the company of strangers who are immediately friends, united by good food. That evening there were no freshly caught fish from the scuba diver. However, we ate spaghetti with clams and very delicate slices of spatula, washed down by the excellent cricket of round eddies.
I want to add that Torretta granitola, a hamlet of Campobello di Mazara with Trefontane, a splendid sandy beach, are located between Selinunte and Mazara on the sea. Torretta, a seaside village with a trap, now home to the CNR for oceanographic research and sea health, is populated with tourists in summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pizza, acceptable wine, open until late in the evening (10:00), nice fellas, onest and kind. Don't expect top quality, as is not a top restaurant, but you will not regret entering. I came back for pizza, as I think they have the best pizza "in town".
