Fanno formazione sponsorizzando i valori aziendali basati sul rispetto delle persone, poi alla prima occasione non mancano di lasciarti a casa forzandoti, per giunta, a stare in ferie forzate prima della scadenza del contratto. Il turnover è molto alto e questo giustifica una politica aziendale che investe poco nelle persone.
