Sono ormai piu di 15 gg che non rispondono per un semplice cambio di prodotto (100€ ca.) dopo essere stati in negozio, mandato mail come richiesto dal negozio stesso, telefonato 4 volte, sollecitato nuovamente via mail...presi letteralmente per i fondelli...male, molto male
Bad after sales service! For more than 15 days they have not responded for a simple product change (100 € approx.) After having been in the shop, sent an e-mail as requested by the shop itself, phoned 4 times, solicited again by e-mail ... taken literally for the bottoms ... bad, very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho arredato un bagno spendendo più di 1500 euro,aprendo la scatola del miscelatore mi sono accorto che mancava un pezzo e non solo... ho fatto un reclamo (via mail con foto, telefonicamente quando ho avuto la fortuna di essere risposto, ma anche di persona direttamente in negozio,)ma ancora dopo quasi 1 anno sono stato solo preso in giro da questi signori.SCONSIGLIATO
I furnished a bathroom spending more than 1500 euros, opening the mixer box I realized that a piece was missing and not only ... I made a complaint (via email with photos, by phone when I was lucky enough to be answered, but also in person directly in the shop,) but still after almost 1 year I was only made fun of by these gentlemen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo a voi del negozio anche se l'acquisto è stato fatto online. Ho segnalato il guasto del miscelatore del box doccia ancora in garanzia il 27/11, vi ho mandato anche il video ma nessuno si è fatto sentire. Non mi sembra indice di molta serietà.
