B	Bruce Harper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ apprezzabile il fatto che lo abbiano riqualificato, essendosi ridotto nei primi anni 2000 quasi a un cumulo di macerie...è stato però un giocattolo in mano agli enti locali che totalmente sordi alle richieste della maggior parte della popolazione del rione che lo rivoleva come una sorta di simbolo comune, lo hanno ceduto al centro anziani che si era installato in un'ala della vecchia struttura, anzichè renderlo fruibile e godibile al resto della comunità...ricordo delle riunioni fatte in molte scuole e associazioni della zona al fine di ragionare attorno alla riqualificazione del casale e della torre del quadraro che erano fortemente inficiate dalla presenza di esponenti di questo centro anziani che di fatto servivano a darsi da soli un placet per "annettersi" la gestione del nuovo casale e di fatto utilizzare tutta la rinnovata struttura a loro piacimento, cosa avallata poi dall'allora municipio e comune...destinarli ad altre strutture locali, più moderne e magari non di interesse storico non era possibile vero? appreciable the fact that they have redeveloped it, having reduced in the early 2000s almost to a pile of rubble ... it was however a toy in the hands of local authorities that totally deaf to the requests of most of the population of the district who wanted it as a a sort of common symbol, they gave it to the elderly center that was installed in a wing of the old structure, instead of making it usable and enjoyable to the rest of the community ... memory of the meetings held in many schools and associations in the area in order to reason around the redevelopment of the farmhouse and the quadraro tower which were strongly affected by the presence of exponents of this elderly center who in fact served to give themselves a placet to "annex" the management of the new farmhouse and in fact use the entire renovated structure their liking, which was then endorsed by the then town hall and municipality ... to assign them to other local structures, more modern and perhaps not of interest Rico wasn't possible right?

The Quadraro Tower is a tower of Rome, located in Piazza dei Consoli, in the Don Bosco district. It was originally used to control the first part of via Tuscolana and had to be likely to have visual contact with the Tower of Centocelle. The name of the tower and house of the area, seems to derive from a certain G. G. Guadralis, who in 1164 received license the surrounding land from the monks of St. Alexis.
