Il est possible de la rejoindre par une petite randonnée qui part depuis le centre ville (cela grimpe assez vite par endroit) ou par une route (se garer à côté des ruines) et prendre un petit sentier. Il sentiero è stato recentemente sistemato dall'amministrazione Comunale. Si può salire in sicurezza sia dalla piazza principale che da via Forame. È un anello bellissimo che si può fare in meno di un'ora. Il sentiero frontale (dalla piazza) è praticabile anche di notte perché illuminato. One of the most beautiful and suggestive places in Tolmezzo. The tower offers a wonderful view of the town of Tolmezzo. The path was recently fixed by the municipal administration. You can safely climb both from the main square and from via Forame. It is a beautiful ring that can be made in less than an hour. The front path (from the square) is also practicable at night because it is illuminated.

Sentiero ripido ma tenuto molto bene. Super consigliato. La Torre si raggiunge in circa 25 minuti passando in mezzo ai boschi (consigliate scarpe da ginnastica). Arrivati in cima potrete proseguire per altri sentieri più lunghi oppure ammirare il panorama su Tolmezzo, per poi riscendere dallo stesso lato o da un altro sentiero che vi porterà in un altro punto del paese. @iviaggidiema The path leading to Torre Picotta starts from the arcades located on the main road leading to the center of Tolmezzo. The Tower can be reached in about 25 minutes passing through the woods (gym shoes recommended).
