Sono state installate delle cordicelle (suppongo per protocollo anti-covid) che creano dei percorsi obbligati e allo stesso tempo impediscono alle persone di avvicinarsi alle opere. Questo però rende impossibile osservare tutto quanto esposto e anche leggere i cartellini descrittivi posti vicino alle opere. Peccato. Altra nota dolente: la cartellonistica, che è presente solo in alcune sale, e la mancanza di descrizioni nella maggior parte degli oggetti. Sarebbe molto utile creare un percorso tematico che guidi il visitatore, installare dei pannelli esplicativi che evidenzino le opere più significative, creare delle ambientazioni singolari per ogni sala... Insomma svecchiare un po' questo museo! Nel complesso la visita è stata piacevole e fondamentale per fare un tuffo nel passato della nostra terra. This, however, makes it impossible to observe everything on display and also to read the descriptive labels placed near the works. Sin. Another sore point: the signage, which is present only in some rooms, and the lack of descriptions in most of the objects. It would be very useful to create a thematic path that guides the visitor, to install explanatory panels that highlight the most significant works, to create unique settings for each room ... In short, to rejuvenate this museum a bit! Overall, the visit was pleasant and essential to take a dip in the past of our land.

Ogni stanza è diversa dalla precedente, ogni luogo e bacheca raccoglie e ricorda gli arnesi, le abitudini, tutto della vita passata, non solo del posto ma anche del friuli. A must-visit museum, well done, take your time to visit it, with attention to detail, it is precisely there that there is a difference. Each room is different from the previous one, each place and bulletin board collects and remembers the tools, habits, all of past life, not only of the place but also of Friuli.

Questo museo, forse un po' trascurato, permette di fare un viaggio incredibile nella storia, nella cultura, nelle tradizioni e nei bellissimi mestieri della Carnia. É un museo da visitare con calma, anche più di una volta, per scoprire i moltissimi oggetti realizzati grazie alle mani e all'intelligenza della gente di quassù. Un piccolo appunto: manca un'audioguida per fare un percorso di maggiore comprensione e conoscenza. Sarebbe ancora meglio se ci fosse un catalogo delle opere più significative. Nice beautiful!
