★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous clear safe water on a sandy base.. It was September when we went and it was busy, midsummer could be manic. If driving, ensure you park in an official car park. The local police will and do issue parking tickets even if not directly on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice beach (in a large creak). Sand everywhere, ultra transparent water, with very low slope. Approximately 5 bars/lido. Main issue : ultra dense and ultra crowdy, especially by locals on the week end. Very easy to park (count 4euros for a day). Super easily accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and transparent water. Two small areas for free beach. Super touristic, crowded. But has a bar/restaurant with shower at €0.50. No waves, warm water. Parking nearby €3 all day.

Water was amazing just be aware every so often a jellyfish comes along and if you get toutch by one the payn inflicted will surely ruin your day.

Sunchairs & umbrellas everywhere, only beach club chairs, which need to be reserved are okay... constant people bothering you to sell you junk you dont need - get close to you without wearing masks... even when you say no... Would never come to this disgusting beach again. Sand is black.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach itself is amazing and you can go without necessarily staying the private beaches, someone would just need to stay behind if you don’t wish to leave your possessions unattended because the public space is a tad bit far from the beach. The water is clean and warm (July) to swim and play water sports in. Not much food choices except the restaurants on the beach and they have limited options that are not properly made for the price tag. So would recommend to get your snacks and eat in Lecce or other bigger cities.

You should arrive soon, after 10 am will be very hard and practically impossible to find a place on the public part. The private “Lidos” are practically all reserved previously by the tourists.
There are hotels and summer houses and small trains discharge a-bunch of tourists at the entrance of the beach.
There is a big parking close to the entrance 4 euros for the day. It’s easy to arrive at the beach,
The beach is beautiful with clear and calm water. But if it’s crowded hardly you will relax accordingly.
The landscape is worth to take nice pictures.
Plan well your visit and arrive soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful sand beach in Puglia. We went there from Atranto by hiring a ebike. It took us around 45 min to reach there. In between we have seen the amazing beautiful Sanandrea. One should definitely come here to enjoy the summer vibe
