Entrata gratuita dopo aver esibito il green pass ai volontari che ci sono all'ingresso. Dopo 92 gradini si raggiunge la cima dove c'è una grossa campana e si vede il panorama a 360 gradi di Lovere. Ancient medieval tower 28 meters high which rises in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II. Free entry after showing the green pass to the volunteers at the entrance. Ci siamo capitati davanti e delle ragazze ci hanno spiegato tutta la storia, data una mappa della cittadina, finendo con farci salire sulla torre. Le scale sono tappezzate di eventi storici che hanno segnato il borgo e in cima c'è un panorama non indifferente. Le migliori foto del viaggio le ho fatte qui. Solo una cosa... The Civic Tower is located a few minutes from the lakefront of Lovere. Admission is free and the volunteer employee gives precise information. It is about 28 meters high. In the tower there are several frescoes and the one that struck me is that of the lion 1442. Siamo entrati grazie a dei volontari che grazie a loro si ha accesso alla salita della Torre. Non troppi scalini per arrivare fino in cima,forse solo un po' alti ma comunque c'è la si fa'. Bella la vista su Lovere e il lago d'Iseo. La visita è gratuita ma un'offerta non guasta The visit to the Civic Tower is characteristic. It is located in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. É gratuita, si sale a gruppi di conoscenti/congiunti. Sono 90 scalini, e mentre si sale ci sono delle bellissime targhette con un po' di storia, con le date in ferro anticato, molto suggestive. Una volta su la vista é davvero magnifica. Noi nn abbiamo trovato sta gran bella giornata, ma era limpido e il paesaggio merita assolutamente la scalata. Imponente in proporzione alla torre la campana. Gentilissimo il ragazzo che fa accoglienza. A few steps from the infopoint (which strongly suggested it to us) is the civic tower. Really nice to look at too. It is free, you go up to groups of acquaintances / relatives. There are 90 steps, and as you go up there are beautiful plates with a bit of history, with the dates in antiqued iron, very suggestive. Once up the view is truly magnificent. We have not found a great day, but it was clear and the landscape is absolutely worth the climb. The bell is imposing in proportion to the tower. The guy who welcomes you is very kind.

Nel Medioevo era il luogo centrale dell’abitato di Lovere; in essa confluiscono tutte le vie piccole e strette del borgo medievale. Nella piazza, centro di molte attività notarili, si trovava la gogna e venivano eseguite le sentenze, anche capitali. Era inoltre il centro in cui si svolgevano fiorenti commerci, in particolare di sostanze connesse con la produzione dei panni lana attività in cui Lovere nel Rinascimento eccelleva. In the square, the center of many notarial activities, there was a pillory and sentences were carried out, including capital sentences. It was also the center where flourishing trade took place, in particular of substances connected with the production of woolen cloths, an activity in which Lovere excelled in the Renaissance.
