Le finestre in PVC sono molto belle a vederle sembrano in legno ! Inoltre in fase di acquisto avevo chiesto lo sconto in fattura e me lo hanno negato poi vengo qui e leggo le reviews di persone che lo ha ottenuto nello stesso periodo del mio ordine, non fa piacere, non consiglio just a bunch of problems. In questo caso per il lavoro di sostituzione infissi e porte interne fatto nel 2017/2018 ho evitato perchè benissimo non mi sono trovata ma devo dire che, con gentilezza e cortesia, ad alcune magagne una pezza l'abbiamo messa. Per uniformare gli infissi, essendo un condominio, ho dato anche il nominativo ai vicini che pure loro hanno fatto i lavori con questa azienda. Ora dopo cinque anni mi trovo ad avere bisogno di assistenza in quanto si è bloccata la tapparella del salotto. Preferisco che l'assistenza venga fatta da loro, ovviamente pagando il giusto, perchè quell'infisso ha avuto parecchi problemi ed è siliconato ma, a quanto pare ricevere assistenza pare impossibile. Da sabato dicono che mi richiamano per un appuntamento ma sembra che neanche ci pensino. Davvero un brutto comportamento. Peccato perchè il signor Ivan era stato davvero gentile....
