F	Francesco Maria Marchianó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto ok, però attenti a non fare neanche una riga al furgone (notare, furgone già ampiamente rigato!!) perché partono immediatamente 1200 (+ 260) EURO dalla carta di credito!!! Risposta alla risposta di Top Rent. Verificate il mezzo giusto! Certo che era rigato, e anche in punti più difficili da riparare come i sottoporta, e mi é stato risposto: " certo che abbiam preso 1200€ per ogni danno" . Grazie ancora (per l'onestà!) Everything ok, but be careful not to make a single line on the van (note, the van is already heavily scratched !!) because 1200 (+ 260) EURO start immediately from the credit card !!! Response to Top Rent's response. Check out the right means! Of course it was scratched, and even in more difficult places to repair such as the sills, and I was told: "of course we took 1200 € for each damage". Thanks again (for the honesty!)

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, cordialità e professionalità. Mi sono sentito tranquillo e sereno senza stress. Veramente bravi, consigliati! I quickly and simply rented on their website a beautiful Fiat Professional van for the transport of goods from a ship. Excellent value for money, friendliness and professionalism. I felt calm and peaceful without stress. Really good, recommended!

Arrivati in ufficio alle 16.15 , sbrigato pratiche di segreteria e dopo le foto fatte da parte del proprietario al furgone siamo saliti sullo stesso alle 16.35. Noleggiato x 1 ora ....alle 17.30 puntuali riportato furgone ...abbiamo pagato un altra ora perché a loro risultava il noleggio dalle 16 alle 17 . Prova ne è la nostra telefonata in ufficio alle 16.06 avvisandoli che eravamo ancora per strada e stavamo arrivando x noleggiare il furgone.... Non è modo per tenersi i clienti.... Prima e ultima volta esperienza da non ripetere Rented van for short transport. Arrived at the office at 4.15 pm, we went through the secretarial procedures and after the photos taken by the owner of the van, we got on the same at 4.35 pm. Rented for 1 hour .... at 17.30 punctual brought back van ... we paid another hour because they were renting from 16 to 17. Proof of this is our phone call to the office at 16.06 informing them that we were still on the road and we were coming to rent the van .... It is no way to keep customers .... First and last time experience not to be repeated
L	Lara Tonello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puntualità, ma mezzi in condizioni non troppo buone. In più prima dicono una cifra e poi chissà perché i km fatti aumentano di colpo. Senza parlare che da nessuna parte compare sul sito che bisogna fare l'assicurazione obbligatoria di quasi 30€ e in base ai km che si pensa di fare bisogna lasciare una cauzione. Dovevo spendere sui 60€, ho DOVUTO lasciare 300€ di cauzione e alla fine con l'aggiunta dei km (purtroppo sono stata ingenua a non fare foto iniziale) sono arrivata a spendere 138€. Gentili, ma MAI PIÙ! Punctuality, but vehicles in not too good conditions. In addition, they first say a figure and then who knows why the kilometers traveled increase suddenly. Not to mention that nowhere does it appear on the site that you have to take the compulsory insurance of almost € 30 and based on the km you plan to do you have to leave a deposit. I had to spend about € 60, I HAD to leave a deposit of € 300 and in the end with the addition of the km (unfortunately I was naive not to take the initial photo) I ended up spending € 138. Kind, but NEVER AGAIN!

Il proprietario ha dimoatrato di non importarsene nulla del rapporto con i clienti. Fortemente sconsigliato per 3 motivi. 1 auto in condizioni pietose, assistenza ingannevole e nessun tipo di volontà nell’accontentare il cliente che comunque paga. Sconsigliatissimo. Pagare 70 euro in piu per un’ora di ritardo e semplicemte disonesto. Ok poi dice che ho ritardato ma una persona che lavora li mi aveva detto che nn c'era problema per un'ora. Poi ecco la sorpresa. Ho dimenticato anche gli occhiali nella macchina e ovviamente nn ritorneranno mai!! Va bhe Very bad experience, delaying 1 hour I had to pay a whole day.
