I	Isabella Proietti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vabe una stella perché è il minimo che possa mettere, si sono tenuti il cellulare una settimana (mi avevano detto che ci avrebbero messo mooolto di meno), ogni giorno chiamavo e mi dicevano che sarebbe stato pronto il giorno dopo e che mi avrebbero richiamato, ovviamente non mi hanno chiamata fin quando non ho chiamato io per sentirmi comunque dire che il cellulare non era pronto. Alla fine il cellulare dopo qualche giorno si è rotto di nuovo e purtroppo dovrò tornare in assistenza da loro per non spendere altri 50€ ma comunque non lo consiglio per quanto riguarda riparazioni. EDIT : dopo averlo riportato e "riaggiustato", il cellulare presenta un altro problema oltre che a presentare sempre lo stesso dopo neanche una settimana. Quindi rip mi toccherà portarlo altrove, per quanto si possa essere pazienti è più di un mese che sono senza cellulare e non mi sembra normale che debba essere aggiustato più di tre volte, vuol dire che c'è un problema di fondo con il tecnico, preferisco mi venga detto chiaramente di comprarne un altro piuttosto che essere presa in giro, alla fine ci ho rimesso soltanto io. In the end, the cell phone broke again after a few days and unfortunately I will have to return to their assistance in order not to spend another 50 € but in any case I do not recommend it for repairs. EDIT: after having brought it back and "readjusted", the mobile phone presents another problem as well as always presenting the same after less than a week. So rip I'll have to take it somewhere else, however patient you may be, it's been more than a month that I'm without a mobile phone and it doesn't seem normal to me that it needs to be fixed more than three times, it means that there is an underlying problem with the technician, I prefer to be told clearly to buy another one rather than be made fun of, in the end I was the only one to lose.
