Effettuata la riparazione in meno di 2 giorni. E pensare che altri esperti mi avevano prospettato tempi più lunghi e con più costo. Ora funziona benissimo ed è solo grazie a Tony. Luogo un po' fuori mano la prima volta.

They sell items in order not to keep the offer on ebay by attributing the responsibility to other suppliers. They also don't even warn you that your order doesn't arrive.

Ritengo che quando si acquista on line l'assistenza post vendita, sia un aspetto fondamentale
Peccato, mi faceva piacere acquistare da un venditore della mia stessa regione ma dopo questa esperienza negativa difficilmente acquisterò dinuovo da loro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Effettuato acquisto on line il 1 maggio di ricambi che risultavano disponibili , giunta mail di avvenuta spedizione il giorno 7e già questo lascia molto a desiderare, con numero di tracking e corriere utilizzato, ma da verifica nulla sino alla sera del giorno 10 ove risulta che il pacco è ststo preso un carico il giorno 10. Credo che la vendita on line debba avere una maggiore attenzione e correttezza considerato che chi acquista paga immediatamente e alla cieca, questione di rispetto e correttezza.
Purchased online on May 1 of spare parts that were available, received mail of shipment on day 7 and this already leaves much to be desired, with tracking number and courier used, but nothing is verified until the evening of day 10 where it appears that the parcel was loaded on day 10. I believe that online sales should have greater attention and fairness considering that those who buy pay immediately and blindly, a matter of respect and fairness.
