Erano le 18.30, chiudendo alle 20, non so che impegni avesse. Grazie per la gentile concessione della videochiamata dato che la diretta interessata al cambio non è trapanese. Pessima assistenza , Per ben due volte mi hanno detto che l'articolo che acquistavo come regalo avrei potuto cambiarlo in tutti i punti vendita.....beh non è vero . La taglia era sbagliata e ora devo rispedire l'articolo a Trapani e poi rispedirmi l'articolo cambiato! Insomma un sacco di disagi e costi in più che avrei evitato se mi avessero detto la verità. Estremamente delusa? I would drop zero stars if it were possible! Bad service. Twice they told me that the item I bought as a gift could have been exchanged in all stores ..... well that's not true. The size was wrong and now I have to send the item back to Trapani and then return the changed item to me! In short, a lot of inconvenience and extra costs that I would have avoided if they had told me the truth. Extremely disappointed?
