★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best ice-cream in Manfredonia and probably in all area. Genuine and very good products for this artisanal ice-cream. My advice : cannolo alla ricotta absolutely terrific! Their must is the Cassata (that you can take out and eat comfortably at you table). A gentleman named Tommasino opened it after the second world war and it was a great succes. His son, Giuseppe, lead the firm perfectly and you can eat a great ice-cream looking the sea that is only 100 meters down the street. Don't miss it!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably one of the best ice creams in the whole of italy. For sure it is an institution in the northern Puglia. If you ever happen to be passing by in the Gargano area you have to stop in Manfredonia and enjoy an ice cram at Tommasino. What makes the ice cream so special? At least couple of things: the ingredients of the ice creams are super natural and the ice cream is produced using original processes. The other wonderful thing is that the ice cream shop is basically still the same and in same position as it was back in the ‘20s. This not only ice cream - this is a piece of history. The ice cream list is very complete and changes depending on the season. Finally, the demand is massive...sometimes you also have to wait for one hour to be served - despite the attendants are very fast, nice looking and professional.
