Si mangia benissimo con un vasto assortimento di cibi, dagli antipasti alla pizza. Ottima qualità delle materie prime, abbondanza e prezzi davvero convenienti. Il personale di una gentilezza encomiabile. Mi ha colpito anche la velocità del servizio, non ci sono mai Stati "tempi vuoti".. Davvero ottimo. Il braciere e il forno a legna a vista fanno la differenza, selezione di carne al banco eccellente, vedere come ti preparano la carne é sempre d'effetto. Dopo un antipasto in 2 abbiamo provato dei tagli proposti la "manzetta prussiana" (ottima, tenera e saporitissima) e la "costata rossa dei fiordi" (molto profumata e tenera). Che dire per essere stata la prima volta sono molto soddisfatto, dopo aver preso coscienza della qualità della carne torneró sicuramente, anche perché mi aspetta il Tomahawk da 1,3 kg da gustare in singolo. Carni deliziose con tagli molto pregiati tra cui il Tomehawk, che conisglio di bloccare già giorni prima in prenotazione, perché finisce presto. Ci sono anche molti contorni, antipasti e dolci. Prezzi in linea con i locali aquilani. A new place, recently opened that deserves to be known. It offers spectacular first courses for quality and quantity, in particular I recommend the amatriciana. Delicious meats with very fine cuts including the Tomehawk, which I advise to block already days in advance because it ends early. There are also many side dishes, appetizers and desserts. Siamo andati in due e abbiamo preso quello che (a mio parere) dovrebbe essere il piatto di punta del ristorante: il Tomahawk, una bistecca di proporzioni esagerate! 1.4kg di carne, cotta a dovere e davvero molto buona. Il piatto è stato accompagnato da un buon vino. Il prezzo (a mio avviso giusto) di 5€ l'etto ci ha fatto cenare con circa 40€ a testa. Io consiglio di provarlo. ? La volta successiva chiamiamo per prenotare un tavolo e chiediamo esplicitamente se ci fosse la disponibilità del Tomahawk. Avendo ottenuto risposta positiva ci rechiamo al locale ma anche questa volta il taglio era terminato. Absolutely little professionalism. Abbiamo prenotato tramite Google con collegamento a “The Fork “ ma al ristorante non risultava la prenotazione perché non abilitati al servizio. Quindi a questo punto, sarebbe meglio togliere questa opzione. Ristorante Ampio. Personale cordiale. Menù limitato ma di qualità. Pizza cotta in forno a legna. Buoni anche gli arrosticini. Dolci della casa ottimi… anzi, irresistibili. Unico appunto: avevo chiesto la pizza con poca mozzarella ma come ben visibile in foto, ne era piena. Il conto è in linea con la qualità del cibo.
