Saffron risotto: stewed in unsalted water, full of oil and only a hint of saffron (sadly the powdered one, not the pistils), left there even by the children
Pizza: 2 hours of waiting, completely raw dough, missing ingredients .... inedible
Mushroom and truffle tagliatelle: unseasoned, lukewarm and tasteless
Spelled pappardelle with eggs and bacon: only the name is good..acid and smelly
Arrosticini: 2 hours of waiting to receive them baked and raw
Staff: as if there were, completely lacking in courtesy, the smile was not on the menu
Fillet with porcini: replaced with grilled steak with 6 cubes of porcini on top .....
And they also made us pay the bill ... mah .... and then let's talk about restarting the economy in L'Aquila, but if this is the business card of one of the first restaurants entering the historic center ... .. also recommended by a guide?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent pasta, pizza and soup. Simply delicious. I got a vegetarian barley vegetable soup that was delicious, my cousin and husband both got different pizzas- each thing custed, golden brown on edges to perfection and our friend got an amazing pasta that was rich and creamy and also prepared and cooked to perfection! Excellent beer and wine also, Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was unable to rate it 0! It's such a horrible place, cold food, pasta out of this world in a horrible way...discusting and so sorry to say that about food!!! Not to mention the service !!! I was so shocked to have such a bad dinner in Aquila....the waiting for the food to arrive was for 80 mins long!!!!!
