Very well stocked shop with staff always ready to help. For now it is one of the very few pet shops in the center of Rome that is well stocked. If you have an animal and you are looking for something you will find it safe ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very professional approach to customers. Treated me like a fool. Didn't have Royal Canin Renal for small breeds and weren't prepared to order it. Took no interest in my dog. Those girls could work in a nail bar just as efficiently. No passion for the job. Avoid like the plague I'd say.
