★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a problem with the toll booth and no one came for help after we asked for assistance. Only an angry Italian guy that was yelling over the speakerphone. We finally solve the problem but that guy was really mad about us because all the text on the screen was in Italian and we could not understand the instructions. Not really nice for tourists!
