★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are very odd. They don't offer any definitive solutions and if you are foreign, like me, they try to blame you for their own internal problems. Out of five people behind the counter, only one person understood what was going on and tried to assist me. However, my problem was not resolved. Customer service is an absolute zero .... Well maybe a one or a two. Anyway, if you can't figure out how to resolve your problem, rest assured, they probably cannot either.
