A totally familiar environment both for us but above all for our little domestic friends. There is certainly a bit of fear, but it is always there but when they realize that only good is done for them, then they understand how carefully and how much love is treated. THANK YOU!!

Pelo del visetto della mia maltesina portata oggi a toelettare per niente tagliato... da rifare completamente... il pelo di una zampa davanti tagliato uno più dell'altra... e le unghie non tutte tagliate... solo 8 unghie su 10. Pelo della pancia da una parte tagliato a tappo e dall'altra invece è scalato. 40 euro onestamente mi sembrano eccessivi. Meglio prendere meno cani da toelettare e fare un lavoro fatto meglio. (All'arrivo su appuntamento avevano 6 cani da toelettare) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU !! Belly hair on one side cut into a cap and on the other hand is scaled. 40 euros honestly seem excessive to me. Better to take less dogs to groom and do a better job. (Upon arrival by appointment they had 6 dogs to groom)

In più, come se non bastasse, concordato un prezzo e pagato 35 euro in più ! Ma perchè non avvisare prima e chiedere se il cliente è d'accordo per un prezzo non concordato ?
