Per noi era la prima volta e il proprietario ci ha affiancato e consigliato. Non solo su come usare il lavaggio, ma anche su come fare a rendere il bagno un'esperienza positiva alla nostra piccola fifona. Il tutto nonostante lui fosse molto occupato. Ci ha dato sicurezza e serenità, grazie! I prodotto poi sono ottimi: a distanza di 4 giorni (dopo la pioggia e diverse corse e giochi con altri cani) ancora ha il pelo morbidissimo e profumato! Inoltre aggiungo una nota di merito sulla cordialità e la pazienza del proprietario: avevo prenotato il lavaggio per 10 giorni prima, ma purtroppo la lupetta è stata morsa proprio il giorno del lavaggio e all'ultimo minuto ho dovuto disdire. Il proprietario è stato veramente comprensivo e gentile! Ci torneremo di sicuro! Kindness, professionalism and excellent quality! My husband and I went to self-service wash our lupetta. For us it was the first time and the owner supported us and advised us. Not only on how to use the wash, but also on how to make the bathroom a positive experience for our little coward. All this despite him being very busy. He gave us security and serenity, thank you! Then the products are excellent: after 4 days (after the rain and several races and games with other dogs) it still has a very soft and fragrant coat! I also add a note on the friendliness and patience of the owner: I had booked the wash for 10 days before, but unfortunately the wolf was bitten on the day of the wash and at the last minute I had to cancel. The owner was really understanding and kind! We will be back for sure!

Ambiente accogliente, pulito ed ordinato. La location è molto ben curata e pulita, il personale gentilissimo. Avevamo preso appuntamento telefonico e il nostro Koffee è stato lavato e toelettato con passione ed estrema cura, permettendoci di assistere da vicino. Rapporto qualità / prezzo ottimo.
