Consiglio questo negozio come cura per i vostri amici. I brought my dwarf bum, today initially there were some problems as the dog just didn't want any know to be touched, but then I must say thanks to sara's professionalism and her patience everything went well. I recommend this shop as a cure for your friends.

Sono estremamente delusa... Credo che mi abbia confuso con altra persona perchè io sono una Local Guide che ha scritto questa recensione più di un anno fa, ma Lei mi risponde solo qualche giorno fa. Partendo dal presupposto che ci sono modi e modi ed educazione per rispondere ad una recensione negativa ci tengo a sottolineare i seguenti punti: 1) non ho scritto alcuna recensione negativa per altri punti toelettatura in zona anzi altri due hanno avuto i miei più sentiti complimenti 2) non ho chiesto alcuno sconto e non mi permetterei mai di minacciare nessuno per averlo, anzi le ho pagato il conto pur essendo fortemente insoddisfatta del lavoro svolto sui miei due barboncini 3) la mia recensione era un mero spunto per migliorarsi e l'occasione per scusarsi per non aver soddisfatto le esigenze di un cliente 4) non mancherò di segnalare tale risposta ai moderatori di Google I absolutely do not recommend this place. My poodles are absolutely unrecognizable and the cut of their fur is imperfect and uneven. I am extremely disappointed ... I think she confused me with another person because I am a Local Guide who wrote this review over a year ago, but she only replies to me a few days ago. Assuming that there are ways and ways and education to respond to a negative review, I would like to underline the following points: 1) I have not written any negative reviews for other grooming points in the area in fact two others have had my warmest compliments 2) I did not ask for any discount and I would never dare to threaten anyone for it, on the contrary I paid the bill despite being strongly dissatisfied with the work done on my two poodles 3) my review was a mere cue to improve and an opportunity to apologize for not having met the needs of a customer 4) I will not fail to report this response to the Google moderators
