Siamo arrivati con un quarto d'ora di anticipo e la proprietaria si è lamentata per il ritardo...aveva però appuntato male l'orario.
Sono andata a riprenderlo con 10 min di ritardo e sono stata accolta con un "Non è un asilo "
Si è lamentata perché il cane ha pianto e ha fatto dei bisognini mentre lo tosava, dicendo che è stato gestito male da me e dai precedenti tolettatori...per questa "difficile gestione" ha incrementato la tariffa di 5 €. Nessuno lo aveva mai fatto.
Il mio cane ha solo 1 anno ... è piccolo e chi fa questo mestiere dovrebbe avere una sensibilità in più...sensibilità che non ho trovato in questo negozio.
Ah...dimenticavo ...avevo un buono sconto di 5 € che non è stato accettato: eppure non aveva su nessuna data di scadenza.

We arrived a quarter of an hour early and the owner complained about the delay ... she had written down the time.
I went to pick it up 10 minutes late and was greeted with a "Not a kindergarten"
She complained that the dog cried and made bisognini while shearing it, saying that it was handled badly by me and by previous groomers ... for this "difficult management" it increased the rate by € 5. No one had ever done it.
My dog is only 1 year old ... he is small and whoever does this job should have more sensitivity ... sensitivity that I did not find in this store.
Ah ... I forgot ... I had a € 5 discount voucher that was not accepted, yet it had no expiry date.
