★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruttissima esperienza! Lei molto scontrosa e maleducata. Da diagnosi al cane come ad esempio "è problematico e autolesionista" consiglia di sedarlo prima di portarlo! Premetto che non ho mai avuto problemi in altri posti. Non riusciva nemmeno a mettere il cane nella vasca facendolo sbattere più volte (non ha neanche una semplice pedana per farli salire) se non è preparata a lavare cani di una certa taglia dovrebbe dirlo subito !!! Sconsigliatissimo!!!
Very bad experience! She is very surly and rude. From diagnosis to the dog such as "it is problematic and self-damaging" advises to sedate it before taking it! I state that I have never had problems in other places. She could not even put the dog in the tub making him slam several times (she does not even have a simple platform to get them on) if she is not prepared to wash dogs of a certain size she should say it immediately !!! Not recommended !!!
