La mia cagnolina ora è molto morbida e profumata, anche durante la tosatura è stata tranquilla (da altre parti questo non succedeva!). Consigliatissimo! Alessandra e la piccola Chicca Yesterday morning I brought my dog to the sun grooming, I found myself really well, Ms. Cristina was very kind and professional, we will definitely be back. Sono entrata con un groviglio di nodi e sono uscita con una soffice nuvola profumata? forse non economicissima ma sono stata messa a conoscenza in anticipo del prezzo senza sorprese. Sicuramente tornerò! Reading the other reviews I have to share that the place is not particularly clean and tidy but my big dog has been well treated and refurbished! I entered with a tangle of knots and I went out with a soft scented cloud ? perhaps not very cheap but I was made aware of the price in advance without surprises. I will definitely be back!

Il pavimento si vedeva che non era lavato da giorni, perché c'era la striscia di sporco di scarpe che portava alla porta. La polvere era un po ovunque nella "sala di attesa". Il mio cane, mentre veniva asciugato, ha iniziato ad abbaiare, e invece di stargli vicino e tranquillizzarlo, la proprietaria si è allontanata per andare a fare lo scontrino e chiudere la cassa, lasciando il cane legato sotto il soffione ad abbaiare. Inoltre siamo usciti che il pelo nel sedere era ancora bagnato, perché "stava sempre a sedere". Dispiace sempre fare recensioni negative, ma purtroppo non mi sono trovato bene. Spero in una prossima volta di trovarmi meglio. Brought my golden retriever today. Unfortunately I found a dirty and uncared for environment. Also we came out that the hair in the butt was still wet, because "he was always sitting". I'm always sorry to do bad reviews, but unfortunately I didn't like it. I hope in a next time to find myself better.

Sono molto soddisfatta! I have a great time at Cristina's, always very helpful and very sweet with my Oscar… she also uses excellent products, since I brought my dog here I have no longer had problems with irritation especially in the eyes which are a delicate point….
