Mi trovavo a pagare per offrire la colazione ad una amica e mi hanno rifiutato il pagamento con la carta dicendomi: la davanti c'è il bancomat vai a ritirare. A quel punto ho dovuto anche motivare che il bancomat era fuori servizio. Al di là dei vincoli di legge previsti dalla legge di bilancio 2020, il diasagio è stato il modo con cui hanno trattato il cliente, aggiungendo anche che se volevo potevo fare colazione se no andarmene. In conclusione, ha pagato la mia amica nell'imbarazzo di noi e del resto dei clienti in fila. Vergogna. Un consiglio, cambiate mestiere.
I found myself in an embarrassing situation determined by the managers of the club. I was paying to offer breakfast to a friend and they refused me the payment with the card saying: in front there is the ATM go to collect.
