Dopo l'esperienza di ieri però mi sento in dovere di ringraziare pubblicamente il Pasticcere Antonio Copeta per la meravigliosa torta (una crostata con crema e frutta fresca): eccezionalmente buona e apprezzata da tutti i commensali. Alla prossima!
 I have known this pastry shop for years, but out of laziness I have never written a review. After yesterday's experience, however, I feel obliged to publicly thank the Pastry Chef Antonio Copeta for the wonderful cake (a tart with cream and fresh fruit): exceptionally good and appreciated by all diners. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per noi residenti in via Saragozza rappresenta un "passaggio obbligato" quotidiano o quasi. Una sosta "dolce-salata' vivamente consigliata. Non solo per la classica pausa caffé o per la colazione. Da non perdere, anche, le vere e proprie creazioni al cioccolato che escono dalle abili mani e dalla fervida fantasia di Antonio. I cornetti da accompagnare al buon caffé, al cappuccino o altra bevanda sono innumerevoli: alla ricotta, integrali al miele, alle mandorle, al cioccolato... la varietà e gustosità nella scelta sono garantite. Per non parlare poi dell'assortimento di pizzette, calzoni, crescentine, tramezzini... pure questi tutti made in Fantasia del Dolce Buoni assaggi!
For us residents in via Saragozza it represents a daily or almost daily "obligatory passage". A "sweet and savory" stop is highly recommended. Not only for the classic coffee break or for breakfast. Do not miss the real chocolate creations that come from Antonio's skilled hands and fervent imagination. The croissants from accompanying good coffee, cappuccino or other drink are countless: ricotta, wholemeal honey, almonds, chocolate ... the variety and flavor in the choice are guaranteed. Not to mention the assortment of pizzas, calzones, crescentine , sandwiches ... these too, all made in Fantasia del Dolce. Good tastes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stars actually. Rudest people I've ever met in Italy (and perhaps in my life). Pastries dry and not particularly appetising. Cappuccino was like dishwater. The worst part? The rudeness of the staff and complete lack of respect towards the customers! Unbelievable. If you want to open a private club where you just serve your friends, ok, but you are in an ideal location on the way to San Luca and have a lot of potential custom. Perhaps you should reconsider your treatment of people that pass by... if you were friendlier they might be more inclined to come to your pastry shop and tell others to do the same. I'll be doing the exact opposite: telling everyone I know, Bolognese or otherwise, to stay away.
