★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En vacances et ayant deux chiens avec des cheveux longs, ceux-ci ne font pas bon ménage avec le sable. Donc pris ce toiletteur en fonction des avis. Personne calme, à l'heure. Cependant il faut se débrouiller en italien. Bien coupé comme demandé. Si on regarde de près quelques petites places où c'est pas tout à fait à la même longueur si on est très maniaque mais dans l'ensemble très bien. De plus, mes chiens sont ressortis avec un bandana pour l'un et un joli petit noeud pour ma femelle et de petits biscuits à donner. Je recommande sans autre ce toiletteur.
On vacation and having two dogs with long hair, they don't mix well with the sand. So took this groomer based on reviews. Calm person, on time. However, you have to get by in Italian. Well cut as requested. If you look closely at a few small places where it's not quite the same length if you are very manic but overall very good. In addition, my dogs came out with a bandana for one and a nice little bow for my female and little cookies to give away. I recommend this groomer without further ado.

Porto regolarmente il mio bulldog francese Rocky a toelettare da Bau Bau e non ho mai avuto problemi di nessun genere, anzi Rocky fa' sempre tanta festa a tutto lo staff! ( Cosa molto insolita) Puoi rimanere, guardare ed aspettare lì durante la toelettatura o passarlo a prendere dopo come faccio io. Ho sempre trovato Rocky rilassato e felice, mai impaurito e nervoso come mi è capitato invece in altri posti. Se state cercando la vostra toelettatura di fiducia, Bau Bau è quella giusta!!
The best service in our area !! They are true animal lovers. Regolarmente I regularly take my French bulldog Rocky to groom Bau Bau and I have never had any problems whatsoever, in fact Rocky always makes all the staff so happy! (Very unusual thing) You can stay, watch and wait there during grooming or pick it up later like I do. I have always found Rocky relaxed and happy, never frightened and nervous as I have in other places. If you are looking for your favorite grooming, Bau Bau is the right one !!

Very kind, punctual and cheap. Only an hour later when I picked up my dog she was still wet. Better to take longer but get them out pretty dry right?
